Today I’ve been packing as I go away very early tomorrow morning. It has taken most of the day. I’ve also had to go into town for a few last minute things. I’m going to have an early night, hence the early post. I’m still in chastity, though I’ll be unlocking myself shortly.

I am in chastity until later this evening, so I haven’t masturbated today. I probably will though.
Food
I had a yoghurt for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and jerk chicken and veg for dinner. The lodger was in today, but didn’t want any dinner so I couldn’t cook for him. He did leave his glass half full of coke this morning when he went for work. I made sure I drunk his left overs before pouring my own drinks
